An Idea Is Born

With more than 30 years of combined experience in loan origination and processing, our founders were inspired to establish  Intrepid Lending Solutions, Inc. in South Florida. Built on the core belief of "Empowering Homeownership," our company has a proven track record of closing loans in under 15 days.

Dr.Nashika Jackson Ogilvie 

Nashika Jackson Ogilvie is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS #1527813) and Florida Real Estate Sales Associate (SL3343716) , bringing over 20 years of executive leadership in highly regulated industries, including healthcare, financial operations, compliance, and business development. With a proven track record as a seasoned operations executive, Dr. Ogilvie offers a unique combination of strategic insight, regulatory expertise, and financial acumen to the mortgage and real estate sectors. 

Throughout her career, she has successfully led organizations through complex audits, licensing processes, and high-stakes compliance environments—experiences that directly inform her approach to financial and mortgage services. Her commitment to building efficient systems, leading with integrity, and fostering professionalism, transparency, and trust has earned her a reputation for excellence among clients, partners, and regulatory agencies.

Dr. Ogilvie’s professional background also includes consulting, legislative advocacy, and workforce leadership. She remains actively engaged in policy and regulatory initiatives, further supporting her commitment to ethical standards and forward-thinking practices in the industry.

With four years of dedicated experience as both a licensed Loan Originator and Realtor, Kyle Frank is committed to helping individuals and families achieve the dream of homeownership. He is driven by a mission to make the home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible, offering guidance with clarity, care, and expertise at every stage of the journey.

Mohan Lalwani

A proud multicultural professional, Mohan is fluent in English, Spanish, Hindi, and several regional dialects of India—allowing him to effectively serve a diverse client base and communicate with clarity across cultures.

​Outside of his professional life, Mohan enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially his two young grandsons. He also shares a love of travel with his wife, exploring destinations across the United States and internationally.

Paul Donohue

Paul is a Florida Licensed Mortgage Broker and a certified provider of Credit Counseling in South Carolina. He holds advanced certifications, including being listed on the Federal Housing Authority Roster as a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) Counselor, and maintains personal certification in financial management counseling through the Partnership for Financial Education.

Paul also formed White Eagle Financial Group, a bank holding company that raised $2.5 million to acquire Admiralty Bank. As Vice President of Admiralty Bank, Paul played a key role in developing strategic partnerships, including one with Quick & Reilly.
